Transparent prices and no monthly fees
Staying true to our motto, “Simple. Secure.” We decided to use a pre-paid system for our mobile cameras: When you purchase the camera, you are given a starting photo quantity of 100 photos. Once you have used these up, you can very easily purchase another photo pack through your user account in the Control Center either online or through the app. You have full control of your SECACAM mobile.
Please take note: Due to the fact that the photos are directly credited to your account, only direct payment methods, such as PayPal or credit cards will be accepted.
Current network standard
Thanks to a 4G module, the camera transmits via the LTE network and thus much faster than game cameras that only support lower network standards.
Of course, the camera is also backward compatible and can automatically log into lower networks if there is no 4G network avaible at the installation site.

Thanks to the powerful chipset SC-63, the photos are processed, stored and sent quickly; an exciting feature especially for home, allotment and property monitoring!
Another advantage is that faster image processing allows the camera to switch back to energy-saving standby mode sooner, thus saving battery life.

As with our Pro Plus mobile camera model, the SC-63 chip enables intelligent image compression, which allows for small file sizes when sending images, yet a high resolution of 1920x1440 pixels. This gives you the ability to see any detail without using more storage space.
Sophisticated housing
Thanks to the convenient flip-up compartment, you have the ability to make adjustments to your camera or change batteries without removing it from its mount. For easy operation at night, the 5000 Explorer is also equipped with illuminated menu buttons.
Proven design: Incredibly flexible assembly
Thanks to the numerous mounting options on the back, the 5000 Explorer can be attached in a wide variety of ways. The scope of delivery includes the practical mounting strap, with which the camera can be placed well on trees or downpipes, for example.
The SECACAM can also be hung from a simple nail thanks to the corresponding device. For even more flexibility, a tripod can be attached to the top or bottom of the camera with a standard ¼ inch screw. There is also a corresponding device for a cable lock, so you can additionally protect your camera from theft. Through another eyelet, the camera can be locked with a padlock, so that access to the camera is denied.
Super fast response and recording time
With a response time of just 400 milliseconds, the SECACAM 5000 Explorer reacts at lightning speed to all people and animals that cross its infrared sensor. In addition, the camera is able to record serial images incredibly fast via a special mode. So you won't miss a thing.
German manual and german service
Your satisfaction is our top priority. That is why you will find a detailed, german-language operating manual in the scope of delivery of the SECACAM Explorer, in which you will learn everything you need to know about functions, settings and possible uses. However, if you have any questions or problems, our customer service will be happy to assist you by phone and e-mail.
Compact and handy
The SECACAM 5000 Explorer is approximately 44% smaller than the Pro Plus. This makes it easier to hide and camouflage. Nevertheless, there is no need to compromise on operation: The 5000 Explorer has the same 2.5'' color screen, as well as the large backlit buttons, making it easy to operate even at night and with gloves on.
Delivery scope
The SECACAM 5000 Explorer contains a inserted 8 GB memory card and 8 batteries. So you can start immediately. Also included are a practical mounting strap, a USB cable for connection to the computer or notebook and an operating manual. The time and date are already set.
